By accessing or using ScrubHunt's website at https://scrubhunt.com/, its text messaging program, or its emails (together, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to comply with all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. The materials on the Services are protected by copyright and trademark law.

ScrubHunt grants you permission to view and temporarily download one copy of the materials on the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. This is a license, not a transfer of ownership. Under this license, you may not:

3. SMS / text messaging terms

Program description

The ScrubHunt text messaging program sends matched shift alerts, updates, and account notifications to health care workers who opt in.

How to opt in

You can opt in by checking the SMS consent box when you sign up on our website. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from ScrubHunt at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, and be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you enroll.

4. Email and electronic communications

Service emails

When you create an account or provide your email address, you agree to receive service-related emails, such as account confirmations, security notices, and updates to these Terms. You cannot opt out of these while you have an account.

Marketing emails

We send promotional emails, such as newsletters and offers, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by emailing support@scrubhunt.com. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not stop service emails or text messages; to stop texts, reply STOP.

ScrubHunt and its suppliers are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Services, even if ScrubHunt has been told of the possibility of such damages.
